Spirits are low in Lexington after Forbes’ release, forcing all W&L students to wish of a time when they could so cavalierly share the “best bang-for-your-buck” list with their state school friends on Facebook. “I’m crushed,” mentioned student Ira Minto, clearly feeling the egotistical sting that goes along with seeing students at smaller, more liberal artsy schools enjoying the pride she took for granted.
